Why own "Interest" and "Personality Traits" are so important to decide upon the Career and Career Goals?

Let me tell you some names.


Michael Jordon, Oprah Winfrey, Albert Einstein, Walt Disney, Lionel Messi, Steve Jobs, Eminem, The Beatles, Dr. Seuss, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Edison.

There is one thing in common among all. They all were either thrown out of their own office or at where there were working on. But they never let allow their passion go away from them and all became most sucessful person in their respective area of interest.

When something you do of your own interest, you internal force help you drive that work and then that interest we become your PASSION.

Most of us thought selection of career is just after class 12th or after passing out of graduation or post-graduation but the fact is your career selection is going to stick with you for your entire professional life and sometimes later as well. 

Therefore it is very important that, you should consider your interest and personality along with your aptitute while selecting a course or career for yourself. This will help you drive your career goals better than for those who just doing something for the sake of earning something. 

If you are calm or introvert person, definitely would be tough if you would like to take up Lawyer as your profession. Similarly, if I am not artistic, somebody who like the creative at art, definitely would be tough for me to become a painter or fashion designer, architect. 

Conclusion: If you make your passion as career option, your internal force help you drive your career goal and make your life better and happier than when you could have selected something just because everybody talking about it or family want you to do it.
